Beyond the boutique, I have always been passionate about leadership, growth, and serving others. I hold Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees, earning a 4.0 GPA in my Master’s program, and completed 1.5 years of Ph.D. studies before taking a financial pause — also maintaining a 4.0 GPA. My Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees are both in Organizational Leadership, and I bring more than 18 years of leadership experience into our business.

I’m married, a proud mom of two adult children, and grandma to one wonderful grandson. Community involvement is important to me, and I have previously served a three-year term with the West Bend Golf & Country Club and became a board member of the Emmetsburg Chamber in 2025. Prior to owning the boutique, I also held an insurance license for 10 years.

When I’m not working, I love traveling and spending time outdoors whenever the Iowa weather allows it. My daughter and grandson live in North Carolina, so I make frequent trips there every couple of months, while my son lives nearby in West Bend. At home, we have three rescued cats and one very large mastiff weighing over 200 pounds; definitely a fun conversation starter!

Above all, I’m an outgoing, social, and happy-go-lucky person whose goal is simple: to create a welcoming experience and help every woman who shops with us feel confident, beautiful, and valued.
